English Dork Club 2014

This piece of writing says that making mistakes is an essential part of learning.  However, a mistake can only have a good side if you take the trouble to learn from them.  This can be connected to the expectations of class because it is inevitable that we will make mistakes this year in English.  It is important that we take the time to learn from these mistakes so we do not make them again.  For example, we can learn from our mistakes by reading the feedback that we are given on our writing pieces.  Without taking any time to learn from our mistakes, we will not succeed in this class and continue to make the same mistakes again and again.
